Not that it's the most important thing, but Damn! That woman knows how to dress.

I just finished watching the first dance--they are the epitome of a loving couple.

Do you not just feel like partying 24/7? Which then seems a little wrong...

Happy happy joy joy in the end :D

So wonderful - all over again.... had such a great discussion with my 9 year old about it all - he came out later and asked whether it was more significant than Nelson Mandela - I told him he had drawn a fantastic parallel...

They have got to be the coolest people ever to have lived in that house. It just seems like they're both so comfortable in their skin. So refreshing!

This morning when I woke up I thought, I wonder if they've woken up yet? figuratively and literally :)

blognut -- yes, I'm looking forward to the "next" part too.

jenn -- I like her sense of style, too. She's got that tall figure and she looks great in what she chooses.

stephanie -- yes, and I have been having a party (in my head) since election day. what a relief! and what a celebration!

dkuroiwa -- the news journalists say that Obama is one of the most exciting international figures ever. I'm overjoyed he is working for "us".

heather -- I wonder the same, especially after a night of 9 or 10 inaugural balls. Michelle's feet have got to be in some serious hurt!

What an amazing day.

They do make a striking couple. I did enjoy them dancing together last night at one of the balls - they looked like newlyweds.

Guardedly optimistic!!

I loved his books, so I feel now about him like about a friend, like I feel after reading from all of you from the blogs.

Thanks for changing the colors: now I can read, I'll make link to my blog to this.
